Pilgrimage as a Practice – Different Paths, One Core Idea
Steinfeldt Pilgrims offers guided pilgrimage journeys for individuals, groups, and organisations.
Each format follows the same core principles: walking, simplicity, reflection, and presence, adapted to different contexts and needs.
Berlin Pilgrims
Local One-Day Pilgrimages
Low-threshold entry. Shared experience. Open to all.
Berlin Pilgrims are free, guided one-day pilgrimages in Berlin and Brandenburg. They offer community and a simple way to experience pilgrimage without prior knowledge, commitment, or religious affiliation.
Participants walk together, share silence and conversation, and reflect on a guiding question along the way. These walks are intentionally slow, accessible, and grounded in everyday landscapes.
Berlin Pilgrims are both a gift to the community and the foundation of Steinfeldt Pilgrims. They will remain free of charge in the long term.
Fellow Pilgrims
Multi-Day Pilgrimage Journeys for Individuals
Depth. Continuity. Personal accompaniment.
Fellow Pilgrims journeys are multi-day or multi-week pilgrimages for individuals seeking orientation, clarity, or space for inner questions.
Participants are accompanied both practically and spiritually. Time is given for silence, group reflection, personal conversations, and the rhythm of walking day after day.
These journeys are especially meaningful during times of transition, decision-making, or reorientation—and often continue to resonate long after the walk has ended.
Corporate Pilgrims
Pilgrimage Retreats for Organisations
Walking together. Thinking differently.
Corporate Pilgrims are pilgrimage-based retreats for organisations, teams, and institutions seeking space for reflection, connection, and orientation, particularly within values-based or purpose-driven contexts.
Walking creates a shared rhythm. Silence allows perspectives to shift. Reflection unfolds beyond everyday roles and hierarchies. Pilgrimage offers a form of team development that is reduced, embodied, and sustainable without performance pressure or programmed activities.
Journeys are tailored to the organisation’s context and range from one-day walks to multi-day retreats.
Community Pilgrims
Group Pilgrimages for Institutions & Organisations
Shared identity. Meaningful formation.
Community Pilgrims journeys are designed for schools, universities, youth organisations, churches, and faith-based groups.
Pilgrimage becomes a formative experience: strengthening community, encouraging reflection, and connecting physical movement with shared values.
For international groups, pilgrimages in Europe can be identity-shaping encounters. Steinfeldt Pilgrims provides local expertise in planning, route design, and spiritual guidance.
Digital Pilgrims
Preparation & Accompaniment
Support before, during, or without a journey.
Digital Pilgrims explores ways of accompaniment beyond physical walking: webinars, Q&A sessions, individual conversations, and written or chat-based guidance.
These formats help people prepare for a pilgrimage, deepen an ongoing journey, or engage with pilgrimage as a practice even when walking is not possible.
One practice. Different contexts.
All programmes of Steinfeldt Pilgrims are rooted in the same understanding of pilgrimage: not as a product or promise, but as a practice.
